Jarrell is a fast-growing community located about 40 miles north of Austin, Texas. New homes are always under construction, and new businesses are opening locations here.
The convenience of being a small rural town with quick access to the Austin - Round Rock area. It's just 15 minutes north of Georgetown and about 45 minutes south of Waco. Fort Cavasos (Ft Hood) is located about 30 miles to the northwest, near Killeen. There's one high school, a middle school, and a second under construction (open Fall of 2025), 3 elementary schools, and a fourth under construction near Georgetown. It's a great place to raise a family. Many homes are available, and neighborhoods are expanding at an ever-quickening pace on all sides of town. There's a lot of open space for new businesses, and ranch and farmland nearby!
